If you list a mobile phone number in your loan application or you provide an updated mobile phone number, then you authorize CreditNinja and our affiliates, agents, assigns, and service providers to call and text that number using automatic telephone dialing systems, automatic texting systems, or artificial or prerecorded messages for any purpose, including application-processing and verification, loan servicing and payment reminders, collection, and marketing of our products and services.

You agree to notify us immediately if you change your number or transfer your phone to another person. You also agree that this Consent applies to any mobile phone number that we may identify as yours by using data-appending services or other investigation methods.

You understand that text messages may be seen by anyone with access to your phone or mobile device. Accordingly, you should take steps to safeguard your text messages if you want them to remain private. If you do not want to receive calls or text messages, then you can unsubscribe by sending an email to support@creditninja.com or by calling a customer service representative at 855-NINJA-01 (855-646-5201) specifying your preference. To stop text messages and calls to a mobile number, you can also simply reply “STOP” to any text message we may send you.
